These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all 1-on-1 consultation sessions, including virtual meetings, emails, or related communication ("Services") provided by Cae Goh ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, booking, or participating in any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse Services to anyone for any reason at any time.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to deny or terminate any session in cases of disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior. You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to duplicate, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without express written permission.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
All insights and strategies shared during your session are based on professional analysis, deep expertise, and the specific input you provide. The information is personalized and delivered with the intent to offer clear direction and meaningful reflection.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any changes to the Services.
SECTION 5 – CONSULTATIONS (SERVICES)
Each session is customized based on the information you provide. Results will vary depending on your engagement and application of insights. We do not guarantee outcomes. Session length, structure, and focus may be adjusted at our discretion to best serve the client experience.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information. We reserve the right to refuse any session request or cancel a booking if information provided is inaccurate.
Full payment is required to confirm a session. Prices are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 7 – SESSION ENVIRONMENT & TECHNOLOGY
To ensure a smooth and productive experience, sessions may be conducted via commonly used digital platforms such as video conferencing or calendar scheduling tools. We aim to provide clear instructions and stable access for each session.
While we strive to maintain a seamless process, we are not liable for issues caused by internet disruptions, user device limitations, or external technical failures beyond our control. Clients are encouraged to ensure a stable connection and functioning setup prior to the session.
SECTION 8 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
Your session is a collaborative process. While we will guide the direction and provide insights, your openness, honesty, and active participation play a key role in the clarity and value of the experience. You are responsible for showing up on time, being mentally present, and engaging with the process in good faith. The more open and prepared you are, the more effective the session will be in supporting your direction and decision-making.
SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
Any testimonials, reviews, or feedback submitted voluntarily may be used for marketing purposes only with your prior written consent. Session content will never be shared or reused without explicit authorization.
SECTION 10 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All information shared in sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed or reused without your written consent.

Our priority is to deliver high-quality, accurate, and thoughtful insights in every session. While we maintain high standards, there may be rare cases where clarification or refinement is needed, especially in response to evolving client understanding or follow-up questions.
In such cases, we may update or clarify information to ensure alignment and accuracy, and we appreciate your openness to ongoing learning and refinement.
SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the Services:
For any unlawful purpose
To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts
To infringe upon our intellectual property rights
To harass, abuse, insult, or harm others
To record, publish, or reproduce session content without consent
Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
SECTION 13 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Services. You agree to accept full responsibility for how you interpret and apply the session content.
SECTION 14– INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cae Goh shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Services.
You understand and agree that the insights provided during the session are for guidance only, and the responsibility for how you interpret, apply, or act on that information lies solely with you.
SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to the Services immediately if you breach any of these Terms. You may terminate by ceasing use of the Services. No refunds will be provided for unused sessions.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
You may choose to discontinue your use of the Services at any time. However, no refunds will be granted for unused, missed, or voluntarily forfeited sessions.
SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If you access the Services from outside Malaysia, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. The governing law will remain Malaysia unless otherwise required by mandatory local regulations.
